I bought this beige jeans shirt secondhand and wanted to spice it up a little. I’ve seen this trick before where people glued a straw to the front of their sewing machine in order to create a channel for a third thread. I used a relatively thick black cord which I threaded through the straw and under the foot. That way the cord unwinded automatically and I could sew it with a zig-zag stitch to the shirt. Before sewing I sketched the illustrations on the shirt to help my while sewing. And I also shortened the shirt a little bit. With these changes I really like this shirt and wear it a lot. Anyway, I think I want to add some more illustrations in the future to make it even more fun.
