My mother gifted me two fabrics with the same beautiful butter yellow tone, that she found at a flea market. One of them has a small check pattern and the other one is a bit stiffer and somewhat water-repellent. Together they make the perfect combination for an everyday bag with a cute matching lining. For the pattern I reused one that Imade years ago that was inspired by Top Zwoelf, just made it much bigger. (https://topzwoelf.de/) As a little detail I added some cord stoppers to the top hem which give the bag a chubbier shape. I’m very happy with the result which shows in how often I wear my new maxi-bag.
